Should a licence application be made in respect of a vessel which has already had a licence under this Protocol and the technical characteristics of which remain unchanged, this application shall be presented to the Ministry via the Delegation of the European Union in Bissau, accompanied only by the proof of payment of the fee for the periods in question and of the amount provided for in paragraph 13 of Chapter VII. The Ministry shall authorise the new licence, entering details of the first licence application submitted under the Protocol in force.
